Our Schooling Journey
Welcome to our schooling journey. What began as homeschooling after our daughter’s stroke in 2019 grew into years of roadschooling as we traveled across the United States during the Covid season, transforming the open road into a living classroom. As seasons have shifted, our path now includes both homeschool and public school, each shaping our children in different ways. Join us as we share the lessons, transitions, and growth that have marked this evolving educational journey.

Homeschooling
Homeschooling was not a path I anticipated for myself or my children, but after Harmoni's stroke, I felt a divine calling to embrace this journey. It allowed us to step away from the chaos of everyday life and refocus on what truly matters: our connection with each other and our spiritual growth. Through homeschooling, we cultivated an environment that nurtures their souls and provides an education tailored to their unique gifts and desires. This experience became a beautiful opportunity for us to grow together in love, faith, and understanding.

Road Schooling
Our journey took an exciting turn when we decided to buy our first travel trailer, embracing the freedom to explore the country together while continuing our homeschooling adventure. We traveled from state to state, we immersed ourselves in diverse cuisines and cooking styles, savoring the unique flavors each region had to offer. We visited national parks, marveling at the beauty of nature and God's incredible creations. Along the way, we forged genuine connections with people from around the globe, creating unforgettable memories and enriching our education through these beautiful experiences.
Public School
As our seasons shifted, so did our schooling approach. What began as a journey rooted in homeschooling eventually led us back into the public school setting during a time when structure and additional support were needed for our family. Public school has brought new rhythms, new challenges, and new growth. We have witnessed our children rise to expectations, form meaningful relationships, and thrive in ways unique to this environment. Like every chapter before it, this season continues to shape them, refine them, and remind us that God works through different paths for different purposes.
