As a Texas family who has homeschooled, road schooled, and experienced public school, we’ve lived more than one side of the school choice conversation. This is not a policy debate, just our personal journey through different seasons of education.

At The Love Academy, curiosity was welcomed and wonder was nurtured as learning unfolded naturally through faith, intentional rhythms, and hands on experiences that extended far beyond academics, preparing our children for life, not just lessons.

Food is no longer just something to enjoy. It has become a way to care for my body with intention and gratitude. Eating with purpose is now an act of honoring God and stewarding the body He entrusted to me.

March 2014 marked the beginning of something beautiful. Newly engaged and full of hope, we chose to build a wedding and a marriage rooted in intention, simplicity, and love rather than expectations.

Our family’s greatest challenge became our reason to explore. One mile at a time, we discovered that healing isn’t always found in staying still, it’s sometimes found in moving forward together.

After surviving cardiac arrest at 32, my life changed forever. I went from being an active mom of three to rebuilding my health and faith one step at a time. In a world full of salt, sugar, and shortcuts, I’ve learned to return to the basics — nourishing my body with God’s whole foods, honoring the temple He’s given me, and trusting His plan through every heartbeat.
