God’s Perfect Design

No surprise here, our last name’s Love. We’re all the way team marriage over here. It’s God’s perfect design. When two becomes one, under him. Marriage was never meant or said to be a perfect union.

Man needed a helper as God noticed he was unable to do life alone. The Lord God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him." Genesis 2:18

In which time he created a woman from his rib to be just that. Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. Genesis 2:22-24

It’s simply put, two imperfect individuals becoming one for God’s intended purposes.

Because God designed marriage, we have found that the Bible is the best guide we’ve got to best tackle this thing.

While your marriage may not be this exact, it’s nice as a foundation.

Use them, discuss them, structure your life around them. Return to them to realign yourselves as necessary.

When it gets hard go to God on your knees and pray. Very specific on the needs, or problems you’re facing.

The way I see it, God created it. He’s the best one to see us through it. Using the Bible as a guide and God as a counselor. “To Go belong wisdom and power; counsel and understanding are his.” Job 12:13 He will intervene. He will help us along our way. And equip us with the wisdom and strength we need to carry on.
